We collect your name, email address, phone number, general location and any information you voluntarily provide when requesting a consultation or subscribing to the newsletter. We also collect technical data: IP address, device identifiers, pages visited and visit duration.

We use your data to: (a) respond to your advisory requests; (b) verify your eligibility for federal and local programs; (c) send you the newsletter you subscribed to; (d) comply with legal and tax obligations; (e) improve site security and operation.

5. Retention
We keep newsletter data while you remain subscribed and for six (6) additional months. Client files are retained for seven (7) years for tax and audit requirements set by the Department of the Treasury.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability at any time by writing to privacidad@solacesystemspr.com. Requests are answered within 30 business days.
7. Transfers
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. If we transfer data to providers outside the jurisdiction, we require standard contractual clauses and equivalent protection measures.
8. Security
We implement TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control, audit logs and annual independent reviews to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
